Local Love Orlando   happened by accident in 2015. Hillery, along with other local artists, drew a 9ʹ×9ʹ hand-drawn map of downtown Orlando neighborhoods for the city’s campaign to end homelessness to communicate a message: home or no, every person that lays their head down at night on this 110-square-mile swampland is an Orlandoan.

The Boys & Me  – All our products are handmade in our shop using reclaimed wood from old fences, pallets or other reclaimed wood from here in Florida. Once we have acquired the wood, we clean and check the wood for defects and remove any remaining nails. Each piece of wood is then made into a frame, or rustic shelf.

The  thing that makes my product different is that I study each piece of wood. I let the wood guide me to what it will become. I study the grain, the color and the age of the wood to find the best way to display the beauty of the wood. All my frames have an acid free foam core backing and standard picture frame glass.

Chrissie Grace creates her very own modern folk art paintings and pillow designs.

Lure Paper Goods

Designers that also like to sling some ink. All of Lure Paper Goods‘ cards, journals and posters are designed by us and printed by hand in our studio. We fell in love with screen printing about ten years ago and built out own set up in our design studio. There’s something lovely about the colors and texture of the water base screen printing ink we use. It’s tactile. Being a hand made process, no two pieces are exactly alike. There’s beauty in the imperfections. We aim to say the things you want to say in a fresh way. Our cards are personal. They’re extensions of our personalities and interests. They may be inspired by a love of all things vintage. They may make you laugh. They may raise an eyebrow.

  1. How do you sign up to be a vendor for this event? I have looked on the website and Facebook page and have not been able to find any vendor information for signing up. We are a local small business that make handmade beaded costume jewelry as well as other small creations. I appreciate any help. Thanks, Cassi w/CC Small Creations
